During finals the school's cafeteria service provides "study break" treats at about 9pm on weeknights. Things like nachos, moonlight breakfast, and so on. Last night was bread and butter night. Yep. bread and butter. It used to be bread and spread, but you know, the budget is tight :o)
- student watching: I don't know what's more sad, that they the offer us f&%$@ bread and butter, or that the m*&f$*%# actually leave their rooms for it.
- student putting out bread: (ironically) well...um...it is biblical isn't it...breaking bread and all.
and just now I was trying to take a nap and overheard a couple of guys hanging out downstairs:
- guy one: so we got our bread, where's the circus!
- guy two: yeah, I demand gladiatorial games.
- guy three: we could have the delt sigs do it after a football game.
- guy two: yeah! that'd work....
