At long last,
the last bend in the road brought into view the soft lights of home.
Emphasis there on lights.
yay!
(our power was out for three days, and while I appreciate having cold water finally, the other effects of the power outage were much less welcome)
many thanks to the lovely people who took us in from the cold :o)
